Creating and Launching RoboRecruiter Campaigns

  1. Click Campaigns - Create Campaign
  2. Select Conversation - pick a conversation or choose from a preexisting campaign
  3. Set Messages - set messaging copy for SMS and Email
  4. Select Contacts - choose contacts for the campaign. Use filters (such as Group) to narrow down your candidates
  5. Review - finalize Profile Fields, edit campaign name, select reply-to email for automatic reports, and preview messaging.

Embed RoboRecruiter Widget On Your Website

  1. Create the campaign you want to add to your website
  2. Within the Dashboard tab, select your campaign from the dropdown and click RoboLink - Copy HTML Embed
  3. Paste the HTML code in your website's HTML body or into a code editor in your website creator such as Squarespace
  4. Save your changes and refresh the target page. Your RoboRecruiter chat widget should be live and ready to interact with candidates on your site.
